I am quite protective of Luke. He is a massively open book. People used to ask if we were twins, to which I’d respond, even at the age of five: “He’s two years above me, how long do you think my mom was in labour?”
I was the dominating force in my family and remain that way. Luke was much sweeter, more sensitive. He was an easy target, particularly at school. I blame myself a bit for that, because I was so bolshie. As teenagers we were all getting pissed in the park, smoking spliffs, going to raves, but Luke would always take things too far. He used to rob money off Mom and Dad and nick car stereos. I wasn’t properly worried about him
